We will take your current setup into account when we perform our assessment and discuss both options with you. Many of our customers stay on their existing phone lines and use a VoIP phone system for its MANY other benefits.

Q. Is this assessment really free?

Yes.  We provide a free, no obligation assessment and, if warranted, proposal to transition you to a VoIP system.  The only thing we require is that you keep our proposal confidential.  It is prepared for you and contains proprietary information about our VoIP solutions.

Q. What all do you do during your assessment?

To begin with, we meet with you and discuss your needs, goals and pain points.  What is currently working for you? What isn't? In short, we get to know you.  After that, we perform multiple steps including:

  • Performing a complete assessment of your regular business network including existing servers, your internet connection and your LAN
  • Performing a thorough business analysis and walkthrough of how your current phone system (if any) is setup and how you will use your new system.  This includes call routing, call handling after hours, hunt groups, paging, queues, etc  We typically start by looking at and documenting the phones your employees are currently using - and how they use them
  • Preparing a transition plan to properly prepare for the move to your new system.  This includes gathering carrier information for porting existing numbers if necessary.  Often times, this is unnecessary as we will continue using your existing phone lines
  • Educating you and your key staff members on the system and how it would work.
